The members of the committee are the Chairman of the Acquisition Committee, Nayla Velarde; Edgar Gonzalez Zatrain, Secretary of the City Council; Javier Alarcón Lizaraga, Claudia Magdalena Cárdenas Diaz, Luis Gerardo Nez Gutierrez and Jose David Ibarra, as well as Councilor Bernardo Alcaraz.
During his speech, the councilor of, NoAmerica Carrasco Valenzuela said that he favors the development of the city in terms of public services, because that sense is lacking.
“There they say that we do not think clearly, that we think but not for the group; we think of Mazatlan families, that we are not participants of bad practices,” he said.
The mayor criticized the high price purchased lamps, He pointed out that those 400.8 million pesos could benefit thousands of Mazatlecos if they are redirected to the programs.
He said that tender was to be done for the purchase of 2,100 luminaires.
