“It’s logical if you don’t attend a session, you can’t sign the council, I can’t get involved in that dynamic,” Edgar Gonzalez said.
Trustee Attorney Claudia Magdalena Cárdenas Diaz also did not attend the meeting, so she did not sign either.

The municipal official revealed that the trustee called a meeting with all the members of the Acquisition Committee yesterday at 10:00 am to clear their doubts in this regard.
