Mapfrey’s General Director of People and Organizations, Elena Sanz Isla, has joined the Key Employability Advisory Council San Pablo University Foundation CEUAn organization created with the aim of connecting the reality of companies to students and the education they receive, and to promote “adequate” job placements for young people, as explained in a statement by the insurer.
Skills most in demand
Sanz explained that this council “will allow the university to learn directly to the needs of companies and develop the knowledge and skills most in demand in the business world, thereby improving employment number of youth entering the labor market for the first time and will facilitate better professional development”.
The council will also address training in ‘soft skills’, “transversal skills that are needed for workers outside their area of expertise such as creativity, problem-solving ability, teamwork or communication, among others”, it says. Mapfre,
